CAHA Screening
All coaches and other adult personnel who come in contact
with minors are required by CAHA and NORCAL to submit
to a background check.
The CAHA screening coordiator is
CAHA Director Wendy Goldstein.
Her email is
cahascreen@sbcglobal.net
The link to the screening procedures and process is:
http://www.usahockey.com//cahahockey/default.aspx?NAV=AF_12&ID=140118
Select
"Screening Instructions" to begin. It's easier if you print out the
Screening Instructions to aid in the process. The instructions provide
information
in the beginning that you need to accurately replicate. Once you begin the
screening process, it takes approximately 8-10 minutes to complete and is
very easy.
